IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION!
ORDERING PROCESS:
1) Complete Order, E-mail to Wolftrack
Custom Knives(wolftrack@att.net).
2) We will contact you promptly,
first by e-mail and then by telephone, to finalize your order and receive
payment (or deposit, whichever is appropriate in your circumstance). At
this time you will know the total cost of your item(s), including shipping
costs. Where custom orders are concerned, approximate delivery date will
be given at this time. On items already in-stock, shipment will be made
within 3 business days from receipt of payment.
Custom Orders require a 50% deposit at
the time of order confirmation. The balance, plus shipping costs is payable
within 7 days of notification that your custom order is completed. No
items will be shipped without payment. Your deposit will be forfeit
if you cancel after your custom order has been confirmed/started. In some
instances, changes are possible to your custom order, BUT you may be assessed
additional charges (at our option) due to the increased costs of re-design
and/or materials.
DELIVERY: Within the U.S.A. we ship
US Postal Service Priority Mail-Insured-Tracking. Large pieces and
destinations outside the U.S.A. require special shipping arrangements which
will be made when we contact you to finalize your order. There is no refund
for shipping costs in any case.
PAYMENT METHODS: All payments must
be made in U.S.A. Funds. For fastest payment, we accept VISA and Mastercard
credit cards, and for security reasons, at this time do so when we contact
you by telephone to confirm your order. We also accept U.S. Money Orders,
business checks and personal checks. Payment must be received on deposit
prior to shipping. Business and personal checks require up to a 14
day waiting period before shipping for check to clear Alaska bank.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We've
never had an unhappy customer. However, due to materials
costs, we must require that Deposits on Custom Orders are non-refundable
once work has commenced. Commission and/or Custom Orders (other than knives**)
are returnable for reasons of failure in materials or workmanship within
90 days.
**Custom Knives are
always returnable for repair (if ever needed), polishing
or buffing, and sharpening if you so desire, we pay return shipping to you
for the duration of Wolftrack’s lifetime
-that's our guarantee.
If your order is damaged in shipping, first
- immediately notify the shipper. Second, let us know so we can help you
take care of the problem, and/or replace the item(s).
We
INSURE EVERY ARTICLE WE SHIP.
Once a custom-made piece is completed and
shipped -- there are NO REFUNDS. We accept returns for replacement
only.
Traditional Supplies may be returned for
exchange.
OTHER POLICIES: It should be noted that limited edition
prints are only available in limited quantities. Control over possible re-production
remains with each individual artist. Please note also that many of our artists
offer only low-number limited editions - once.
We will make every effort to post "sold-outs"
as soon as they occur.

Original one-only pieces are sold first-order-with-payment basis. In cases
of conflict we will use the time and date of your first-contact e-mail to
award "first buyer". Remember, however, that our artists may be commissioned
for similar works in many cases. Custom knives, clothing, spears, shields,
carvings and even paintings may be similarly re-produced, but will, of course,
vary slightly from the picture shown due to the creative nature wherein
each piece is made. Please inquire.
